Qualifications & Experience Coordinating and managing implementation of technical projects.
Supporting technical leadership in providing video conferencing and connectivity services.
Reporting, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creating technical documentation; maintaining project plans and budgets.
Active support, enhancement, implementation, and management of IP networks, telecommunications, and videoconferencing systems.
Engaging and managing third‐party service providers and vendors, technical overseeing troubleshooting, and coordinating second and third‐level support.
Managing systems such as voice‐over‐IP (VOIP) technologies and video conferencing platforms (e.g.)
