Experteer Overview In this role you drive the introduction of new products, services, and business lines in the pharmaceutical sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, evaluate opportunities, and ensure compliant, profitable launches. You'll collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to bring innovative solutions to market. This position offers impact across a global organization focused on healthier, cleaner, and safer outcomes. You will influence strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead projects for introducing new products, services, or business lines in the pharmaceutical market Identify and evaluate new opportunities aligned with company strategy Coordinate cross-functional teams to align timelines, costs, and quality Manage the New Business Introduction process from concept to proposal signature Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure regulatory compliance (EMA, FDA, GMP)



Interface with key clients and strategic partners to enable introductions Lead and develop cross-functional quotation teams Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Influence strategic decision-making at the organizational level Responsabilità Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in business management or project management 5–10 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making Demonstrated leadership abilities in matrix organizations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environment Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial Experience with regulatory requirements and quality management syste
