As a Microsoft Partner Success Manager at Arrow, you will serve as a primary contact for Microsoft partners, supporting their growth and business development through Arrow. You will blend partner relationship management, commercial support, and cross‐functional collaboration to drive partner success within the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work with internal teams and Microsoft programs to enable partners, manage renewals, and uncover upsell opportunities. This role offers exposure to a leading IT partner and the chance to shape the partner experience in a dynamic, tech‐focused environment.
Responsibilities Manage and support Microsoft partners in daily business activities with Arrow
Develop long‐term partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Explain Microsoft program rules, requirements, and opportunities to partners
Provide updates on Microsoft products, pricing, incentives, and partner programs
Support renewals, commercial offers, and upselling opportunities
Assist onboarding of new partners to Arrow and ArrowSphere




Support partner acquisition and business development depending on experience
Coordinate partner requests with internal teams and track activities, opportunities, deadlines, and follow‐ups
Prepare and present information to partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or related field
Experience in sales support, business development, partner management, or customer‐facing roles
Interest in IT, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, or technology sales
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to build business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Structured and accountable work style with good follow‐up and task tracking
Understanding of program rules, commercial conditions, pricing updates, and partner requirements
Proactive mindset, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies an
