The role: SAP Italian Payroll Functional Consultant
The SAP Italy HCM PY Consultant is a key member of the Global Implementation Practice department. This role involves delivering high‐quality consultancy to Strada's outsourced clients through expert advice, technical support, and effective problem solving.



Success in this position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, a proactive attitude, and strict adherence to our delivery standards and methodologies, ensuring consistent value and excellence across all client engagements.
The Global Implementation Practice Department Is Responsible For
Development of new customer solutions
Technical maintenance of outsourced SAP HR solutions of our clients
Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment
Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients' changing needs
Key Responsibilities
Providing application support consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and appropriate technical actions
Managing tickets based on functional analysis and with guidance or coaching on the technical implementation approach
