Role PurposeWe are looking for a high‐potential, hands‐on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A; activities for Politape Group, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self‐Adhesives BU. This is a key role in a post‐acquisition environment where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical.ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis;Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow);Drive budgeting and forecasting processes;Perform deep‐dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs;Monitor and improve inventory and working capital;Support cash flow analysis and tracking;Work closely with plants and operations to ensure alignment between financials and industrial performance;Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and reporting quality.Qualifications4–6 years of experience in controlling, FP&A;,
