Baoli is operating in the growing economy market segment. Our company is currently expanding its management team in Lainate (Milano), Italy.
As the Director of Sales Baoli EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and service strategy to achieve increased order intake, enhance market share, and achieve defined gross profit targets within the EMEA market. You will be responsible for building and leading a high‐performing sales team, aligning strategies with sales initiatives, and reporting to the Managing Director of Baoli EMEA. This role also includes a focus on driving service sales and sales enablement efforts for both our sales staff and dealers.
Please note: In this position you will be required to speak English fluently as our network partners are located across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
