Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data centers or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills, and professional English communication. Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS or CCNA/CompTIA Network+ are preferred. On-site work with lifting requirements and DCIM/ticketing familiarity are valued.
