AVK-SEG UK Ltd is a leading provider of power generation and energy solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are executed efficiently and according to specifications. You will work closely with the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage project schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the construction process. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction / power generation industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills,
with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience in managing construction projects within budget and schedule.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
