Lead and enhance our customer success operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Understand incidents and problems, communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders Develop a deep understanding of our digital solutions,



maintaining full control and interaction with the products we offer to clients Coordinate with all team members to ensure smooth execution of the operations related to our product and services Provide weekly and monthly status reports on operations and performance metrics Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven environment. Excellent understanding and control of digital solutions and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to audit and provide constructive feedback to team members. Experience in incident management and SLA compliance.
