Operations Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way. You will be mainly accountable for: - Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets - Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components - Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements - Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications - Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled,



competent team - Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role**: - You have 0 -2 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience in automation processes is an advantage
- You are interested in safe work practices and all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- You demonstrated a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
