Our expectation is to make everyday a Perfect HSE Day with no injuries, accidents or harm to the environment. **Partner with the best** As System HSE Coordinator you will support Attuale Pignone legal entities and the Florence Campus operations in maintaining a proper HSE System that will allow the relevant stakeholders to reach the following strategic targets: - Eliminate Conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI)
- Guarantee Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety and Environmental Compliance
- Decarbonize our Operations You will report to the Plant HSE Leader and will interact on daily basis with the other HSE Team members and Operations Leaders to follow-up the implementation of the existing HSE System and elaborate, basing on event learnings and leadership input, programs on how to continuously improve it. You will be responsible to analyze Campus HSE leading and lagging data, correlate them and identify trends and potential systemic issues, and through a teamwork exercise propose corrections to the system. You will support the Nuovo Pignone Legal entities HSE training program development and implementation for Campus’ employees and will be responsible for the future simplification and digitalization projects.



HSE Risk Assessment and Management process implementation will be under your responsibility and you will partner with HSE leadership and operations to identify areas of improvements and make sure these are captured with a continuous improvement approach. Your will be asked to benchmark with other Company Plants/Sites to continuously identify potential areas of improvement and learn. You will support Plant HSE Leader in assure compliance to local laws and internal policies, and develop autonomously specifics program. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Have a minimum experience in HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.
- Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
- Have preferably RSPP or ASPP qualification
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability in work in a matrix organisation
- Be available to travel as required.
- Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
