Job Description
For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Sommelier.
Responsibilities
Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to guests.
Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations are met.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in the role in 5‐star hotels and/or gourmet restaurants.
Strong predisposition for upselling.
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
Passion for the job and goal orientation.
Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS).
Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
Knowledge of the English language.
Previous experience in luxury hotels.
