Overview Experteer Overview In this role you lead a team of Area Managers at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, driving operational excellence to meet performance targets. You orchestrate shifts, partner with HR, Finance, Safety and Security, and design site-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality and productivity. You will mentor managers, influence cross-functional teams, and shape daily operations to support fast, reliable customer fulfilment in a dynamic logistics environment. This is a chance to impact how we scale operations and deliver value across regions. Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Area Managers Lead operational teams on a shift, addressing issues and improving site performance Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety,



and Security Design and deliver site-wide initiatives to enhance operational performance Requirements Degree Experience in people and stakeholder management Advanced proficiency in English; intermediate proficiency in the local language Experience using data or anecdotes to influence business decisions Experience in production and supply chains Ability to lead large, diverse teams in fast-paced logistics/distribution/manufacturing environments Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to manage details, perform root cause analysis, and analyze generated data Willingness to relocate if necessary Willingness to work shifts including weekends in a 7/365 environment Benefits competitive salary stock units site performance-related pay employee discount statutory benefits diverse and inclusive culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
