GOSP provides shared services to the Group companies, with Head Office in Italy and branches in 7 European countries, a total staff of about 1.000 people.
As an Observability Tools Developer within the CTO Italy Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
and maintaining observability solutions that support system reliability, performance, and efficiency. The role is primarily technical and hands-on, with a strong focus on analysis, development, and continuous improvement.
Main Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to enhance system observability.
- Integrate observability tools with existing infrastructure, ensuring reliable data collection and analysis.
- Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify anomalies, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement effective monitoring solutions.
- Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies or obsolescence risks.
- Support technical evaluation of upgrades or replacements for obsolete components.
- Contribute to improving system reliability and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis.
