If you bring curiosity and a spirit of hospitality, this could be the right step in your journey. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence. /li liEnsure impeccable mise en place and maintain the bar environment according to LQA standards. /li liAnticipate guest needs, offer personalized recommendations, and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences. /li liBuild authentic rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency. /li liCollaborate closely with the Bar Manager and FB colleagues, supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of learning. /li liContribute to revenue goals through responsible upselling, cost awareness, and precise stock and inventory management. /li liMaintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a luxury bar or hospitality environment. /li liSolid mixology skills, with a passion for beverages, techniques, and emerging industry trends. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a guest-centric mindset. /li liFluent in Italian and English.
