Share your energy and make a difference – join us! /p pAs a RD Mechanical Engineer - Low Voltage Switchgear (m/f/d) you will report to the Engineering Manager based in Porcia for a permanent contract. /p pThe RD Mechanical Engineer – Low Voltage Switchgear is responsible for the mechanical design and development of low voltage switchgear assemblies, translating requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring quality, safety, and manufacturability. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liBe accountable for mechanical designs within the scope of low voltage switchgear assemblies /li liContribute to the development of new products, components, and systems,



as well as the improvement of existing solutions /li liTranslate technical requirements into feasible mechanical designs following defined design guidelines and methodologies /li liTake ownership of your design results and review designs from peers /li liSupport and run smaller (sub) projects within the RD environment /li liAnalyze quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards /li liMonitor development outcomes regarding technical performance, cost, and timing targets /li liSupport the creation of assembly guidelines and technical documentation /li liWork independently with general supervision, contributing your expertise to complex technical challenges /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design or a comparable qualification /li liStrong expertise in 3D design tools, preferably CREO /li liExperience working with PLM systems, ideally Windchill /li liSolid understanding of system architecture and structural design principles /li liKnowledge of data management, data structuring, and documentation management /li liStructured and analytical working style with attention to detail /li liAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team /li liGood communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly /li /ul h3What we offer? /h3 ul liPersonalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smooth /li liOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded HiUniversity. /li liInternal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
