The Luxury Collection Spa Receptionist at Hotel Cala di Volpe, Costa Smeralda, is responsible for scheduling spa services for individuals and groups, confirming appointments, answering questions, and managing reservations using our spa software system.

You will check guests in, promote spa services, process payments, and balance receipts with Accounting. Maintain professional appearance and assist guests with needs while following all company policies.
