Overview As Senior Satellite Verification & Validation Manager, you lead V&V; activities across the project lifecycle for small satellites, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget. You work with system engineers to shape verification strategies, design verification plans, and testing infrastructure. You drive methodical, MBSE-informed processes and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver validated systems. This role offers impact by shaping how satellites are verified from design to in-orbit operations.

Coordinate and monitor timely implementation of V&V; activities
Contribute to Design, Development and Verification Plans
Apply development processes (e.g., V-model)
Define and manage Model Philosophy and HW matrix
Manage requirements specification from customer to equipment level
Define verification methods and stages




Contribute to testing infrastructure (e.g., Flatsat, SCOEs)
Support satellite verification and AIT activities
Prepare and execute system and acceptance tests with customers
Evaluate test results and document deviations
Responsibilities Strong knowledge of satellite systems engineering, including requirements engineering, functional analysis, verification control
5+ years of hands‐on experience
Experience in satellite verification and participation in AIT campaigns
Excellent sense of responsibility
Structured hands‐on work‐approach
Highly self‐motivated and able to work autonomously
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
University degree (Master/PhD) or equivalent education plus relevant proven work experience in industry
