Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a portfolio of cross‐functional projects within Global Distribution & Customer Logistics Excellence to enable supply continuity and operational excellence. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into results, establish governance and reporting, and build project management capabilities across the organization. You will drive on‐time, on‐budget execution while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in a regulated medical device environment. This is a high‐visibility opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that impact manufacturing, planning, and external partnerships at DePuy Synthes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and govern a portfolio of GDCL projects aligning with strategy, financial targets, and priorities
Establish portfolio management standards, cadence, and reporting including prioritization, resources, risk, and performance metrics
Collaborate with cross‐functional leaders (Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, R&D;, Commercial) to ensure on‐time, on‐budget execution of strategic initiatives

Identify interdependencies, risks, and trade‐offs; propose mitigation and optimization strategies
Provide executive‐level communication with dashboards, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead and develop project managers and portfolio resources to foster accountability and continuous improvement
Drive adoption of project and portfolio management best practices, tools, and methodologies across GDCL
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and governance requirements in a regulated medical device environment
Responsabilità Bachelor in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related environment
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‐functional portfolios with significant business impact
