At Belmond we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humour and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection. /p h3Warehouse Manager /h3 pYou will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and cost control within a luxury hotel. /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the entire warehouse cycle: goods reception, storage, distribution, and inventories. /li liVerify the conformity of received goods with orders, delivery notes, and hotel quality standards. /li liEnsure proper product storage according to HACCP regulations, safety standards, and luxury best practices. /li liMonitor minimum and maximum stock levels, preventing stockouts or surpluses. /li liCollaborate with the Purchasing Department to optimise orders, lead times, and suppliers. /li liManage periodic inventories (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and accounting reconciliations. /li liSupport cost control, reducing waste, inventory discrepancies, and obsolescence. /li liCorrectly utilise management systems (ERP, PMS, warehouse software).



/li liActively collaborate with operational departments to understand needs and priorities. /li liApply and enforce company procedures and internal policies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDiploma or equivalent qualification; qualifications in economics/logistics are a plus. /li liPrevious experience in the role within 5-star hotels or luxury contexts. /li liKnowledge of hotel warehouse flows (FB, Housekeeping, Engineering). /li liBasic knowledge of warehouse accounting and cost control; familiarity with inventory management IT systems. /li liKnowledge of HACCP regulations and workplace safety. /li liAccuracy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility with excellent organisational and planning skills. /li liConfidentiality and professional integrity. /li liFluent Italian, professional English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSeasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
