ph3About Us /h3 pAs a world leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, Alter Domus (meaning “The Other House” in Latin) is proud to be home to 90% of the top 30 asset managers in the private markets, and more than 6,000 professionals across 24 jurisdictions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively contribute to the day‑to‑day and month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end books close process (incl. but not limited to recording of accruals/prepaids, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts etc); /li liInvestigating full balance sheet and profit and loss variances against different benchmarks and providing variance analysis and associated explanations as part of the books closing process; /li liActively supporting the preparation of VAT, tax returns and other regulatory reporting; /li liInvolvement in the annual audit process and preparation of the annual financial statements; /li liCollaborate with external parties as may be required; /li liActively contributing to improvement initiatives, standardization, re‑engineering of processes and controls, and implementation of best practices. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or economics; /li li2 to 3 years experience of the relevant experience would be an advantage; /li liKnowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) would be an advantage; /li liAbility to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑growing and dynamic environment, especially in industries that are undergoing rapid digit transformation; /li liYou are fluent in both English and French; /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French would be an advantage; /li liStrong organizational,



multi‑tasking skills and strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation; /li liAbility to check and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; /li liYou possess team spirit, ability to work in demanding and high‑pressure environment, motivation to work well as an individual and as a team and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liWorking towards an ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification; /li liSAP S4 Hana knowledge will be considered an asset; /li liAbility to dive deep into data, existing processes and technology challenges in order to identify issues and opportunities. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
