As an HR Business Partner for Italy Operations, you will guide managers across Shoes in Scandicci and RTW in Novara, shaping the employee experience from recruitment to development. You will drive compliant HR processes, workforce planning, and people initiatives to sustain a high-performing culture. This role combines advisory support with hands‑on HR administration, requiring on‑site presence and cross‑site collaboration. You’ll contribute to diversity, training, and organizational outcomes that align with Balenciaga’s standards.

- Partner with line managers on day‑to‑day HR topics and people management across the perimeter
- Manage recruitment activities aligned with business needs
- Coordinate and deliver induction programs for new hires
- Prepare and manage HR documentation for the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies
- Handle HR administrative tasks (Workday, Talent Match) with accuracy and proper documentation
- Ensure implementation of core HR processes (performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation cycles)
- Support managers on organizational topics, workforce planning and team effectiveness
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights for decision‑making (HC/Costs vs budget, turnover, learning completion)
- Support design and implementation of training and development initiatives including external providers/training funds
- Contribute to HR projects (Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Work‑life balance) liaising with HQ in Paris and global regions
Responsabilità
- 5+ years in HR in a Business Partner role in multi‑site environments
- Experience in operational and advisory HR across the employee lifecycle
- Proven recruitment experience for operational and corporate profiles
- Solid experience handling disciplinary processes and organizational changes
- Exposure to performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes
- Experience supporting training and development initiatives (plus)
- Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities (Master’s in HR a plus)
- Fluent in English; French a plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Talent Match) a plus
