This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).Your Responsibilities Will BeSupporto tecnico telefonico e online (ticketing) ad officine affiliate alla rete Checkstar e fuori rete; Analisi e gestione delle richieste tecniche automotive, con utilizzo di database professionali (schemi elettrici, procedure, documentazione tecnica); Supporto all’attivazione, utilizzo e troubleshooting di apparecchiature diagnostiche e attrezzature officina; Contributo all’alimentazione dei contenuti tecnici (Tech Blog, aree riservate, documentazione di supporto); Supporto allo sviluppo e validazione di attrezzature tecniche e software (test funzionali, debug); Supporto tecnico di secondo livello su prodotti e attrezzature attraverso sistemi di remotizzazione per installazione e supporto prodotti,
