Questa posizione avrà sede a Corbetta (MI).We are looking for a Technical Support Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Equipment team, reporting directly to the Technical Equipment Manager. This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).Your Responsibilities Will BeSupporto tecnico telefonico e online (ticketing) ad officine affiliate alla rete Checkstar e fuori rete; Analisi e gestione delle richieste tecniche automotive, con utilizzo di database professionali (schemi elettrici, procedure, documentazione tecnica); Supporto all’attivazione, utilizzo e troubleshooting di apparecchiature diagnostiche e attrezzature officina; Contributo all’alimentazione dei contenuti tecnici (Tech Blog, aree riservate, documentazione di supporto); Supporto allo sviluppo e validazione di attrezzature tecniche e software (test funzionali, debug); Supporto tecnico di secondo livello su prodotti e attrezzature attraverso sistemi di remotizzazione per installazione e supporto prodotti,



con interfacciamento costante verso fornitori e clienti; Sviluppo e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e commerciale di prodotto; Affiancamento diretto a figure senior per trasferimento competenze e continuità tecnica.Technical support via phone and online (ticketing) for workshops affiliated with the Checkstar network and outside the network; Analysis and management of automotive technical requests, using professional databases (electrical diagrams, procedures, technical documentation); Support for activation, use, and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment and workshop tools; Contribution tothe creation of technical content (Tech Blog, reserved areas, supporting documentation); Support for thedevelopment and validation of technical equipment and software (functional tests, debugging); Second-level technical support for products and equipment through remote systems for product installation and support, with constant interface towards suppliers and customers; Development andupdating of technical and commercial product documentation; Direct work alongside senior staff for skills transfer and technical continuity.What Qualifications You Will BringTitolo di studio: Diploma tecnico o Laurea breve in Ingegneria Elettronica / MeccatronicaLingue straniere: Inglese (parlato e scritto)Esperienza presso aziende di settore o aziende di supporto e sviluppo attrezzature e/o supporto tecnico automotiveDisponibilità a trasferte occasionali nell’area geografica di riferimento EMEAEducation: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering / MechatronicsForeign languages: English (spoken and written)Experience in companies in the sector or companies involved in equipment development and/or technical support in the automotive sector.Availability for occasional travel within the relevant EMEA geographic areaSoft SkillsForte orientamento al cliente e al problem solvingCapacità di gestione delle priorità e multitaskingAttitudine all’apprendimento continuo e alla crescita professionaleOttime capacità comunicative e relazionaliPrecisione e attenzione al dettaglioProattività e motivazione a sviluppare competenze tecniche avanzate con passione e spirito criticoOther skills that we would welcomeStrong customer orientation and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage priorities and multitaskingAttitude for continuous learning and professional growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrecision and attention to detailProactivity and motivation to develop advanced technical skills with passion and critical thinkingHard SkillsConoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi automotive (benzina, diesel, ibrido,
