Grand Hotel Timeo_, in the heart of the most famous square of Taormina, is looking for a Commis de Restaurant. **MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures. He/she will: - Take care of the mise en place
- Support the Bar Manager with service
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs **Requirements**: - Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
- Adaptability:

- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
