We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Team Assistant to support the high-quality and efficient daily operations of our Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Maintenance Team, organizing and streamlining administrative tasks to ensure the smooth implementation of our mill maintenance operations agreement. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our forward-thinking initiative that values innovation, development, and excellence. Main Responsibilities: - Management administration support with operative, conceptual, and planning tasks including HSE, Quality and HR
- Cooperation to reach defined targets
- Self-management and ability of writing of letters, reports and efficient presentation and preparing of schedules
- Arrangements of meetings and events as well as memos and reports
- Management of department training and workshops, and participation on them
- Processing and following up of financial systems
- including purchase orders and reporting
- Assist Maintenance Team members in practical matters
- Responsible of the MMO office arrangements.




- Reports to local General Maintenance Manager Expectations: - Professional related high-level diploma or degree
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Good Microsoft office software and ERP knowledge
- Good native language in written and spoken form (Italian)
- Additional foreign language (English)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Discreetness and confidentiality
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Driving license from country
- Commitment and flexibility
