**CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER** **Posizione**:
**Main Activities**: - Challenge and help Management to explain their progress initiatives, and to formalize objectives and success indicators for these progress initiatives.
- Carry out the analyses required to understand the assigned area / domain.
- Measure performance and carry out data analyses in order to identify for progress.
- Ensure that progress initiative results are measured.
- Identify and use tools / methods to solve problems. Identify and implement appropriate solutions in order to achieve the established objectives.
- Support the implementation of management rituals in Teams.
- Ensure change Management in line with the implementation of progress initiatives.
- Promote the commitment of Management / Teams throughout long term initiatives. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - Excellent knowledge of English (French will be a plus)
- Master’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Resourceful, willing to grow within the Company
- Availability to develop his / her career to International level **Altre informazioni**:
**Place of work**:Piedmont (Cuneo), plus future relocations in others site Company’s Production.
