Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate to join the HR team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, providing support to the department's daily activities.
The position is based in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy.
What will you be doing?
Recruiting: posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and organizing interviews.
Onboarding: welcoming and integrating new hires, managing entry procedures and coordinating company equipment.
Payroll: managing attendance, absences, holidays, leave, and sick days.
Training: supporting the planning and coordination of training programs and professional development activities.
