Etinars is seeking an IT Service Management Support Engineer to join our international technical team in Rome. The role offers hybrid work with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote and an immediate start.
You will support the operational IT services, apply ITIL processes, and collaborate with ESA stakeholders in a structured, hands-on environment. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.
