Johnson & Johnson is a global health care company dedicated to innovation in MedTech and Innovative Medicine. We are seeking a Product Specialist for the Endomech & Energy line in the Lazio region.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and operating room staff) to support understanding of product technical features and provide training during surgical procedures.
- Support the company's participation in public tenders and private contract negotiations, ensuring effective end-to-end process management.
- Develop Data Management & Insights projects, creating predictive analyses for business decision-making.
- Assist Digital Health initiatives, implementing and executing new digital solutions.
- Conduct Health Economics activities, collecting and analyzing data to demonstrate product value and promote value-based messaging.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher, preferably in scientific/healthcare fields.
- At least three years of commercial experience in the medical sector; experience in surgical business is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing commercial flow and stakeholder relationships.
- Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel regionally and beyond.
- Resident in the Lazio region, preferably based in Rome.
