Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape capacity and Cap Ex strategy aligned with long‐term demand and business goals, driving standardized processes and global standards across Aero Alliance shops. You will analyze data, lead cross‐functional collaboration, and introduce new technologies while coaching a dotted‐line team of factory manufacturing engineers. You will focus on lean execution, SQDC outcomes, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve throughput. This is a hands‐on strategic position with significant impact on manufacturing assets, process standards, and capability building. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop capacity & Cap Ex strategy aligned with demand and objectives Create robust Cap Ex prioritization processes aligned with SQDC Maintain global capacity models and takt cycle charts Coach teams to improve output using lean tools Ensure 1 P1 P global standardization for Cap Ex Partner on new repair processes and qualifications Collaborate to build out takt cycle charts and capacity models Lead root‐cause investigations and implement corrective actions Provide technical support and training for Cap Ex, capacity, and flow lines Interpret business challenges and apply best practices to improve products/processes Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights Lead cross‐functional projects with minimal resources and risk Deploy lean principles including 3 P, TPM, Jidoka, Kaizen, VSM, Poka Yoke Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 7+ years of industrial/manufacturing or quality experience 7+ years in factory operations roles focusing on SQDC, capacity, and Cap Ex with lean experience Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings Project management experience Fluency in English (as applicable) Travel ~25% (as per role) Requisiti fondamentali Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage GE Vernova retirement savings plan with company match Tuition a
