Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce and declarative tools under the guidance of senior developers /li liWrite clean, well-documented code following team coding standards and Salesforce best practices /li liAssist in building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs /li liParticipate in code reviews to learn from experienced team members and improve your coding skills /li liWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and meet testing requirements /li liDebug and troubleshoot issues in existing code with support from the development team /li liCollaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions /li liDocument technical designs and development work for knowledge sharing /li liParticipate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives /li liStay current with Salesforce releases and new features through Trailhead and other learning resources /li liContribute to team knowledge base and documentation efforts /li liSupport testing and deployment activities in sandbox and production environments /li liAssist with data migration and data quality improvement tasks /li /ul h3Qualification and background /h3 h3Required /h3 ul li1-2 years of Salesforce development experience or relevant programming experience with demonstrated interest in Salesforce (personal projects, Trailhead badges, or volunteer work counts!) /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems,



or equivalent practical experience (we value skills and potential over credentials—bootcamp graduates, self-taught developers, and career changers are welcome) /li liBasic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and web development fundamentals /li liBasic knowledge of Salesforce platform, including understanding of objects, fields, relationships, and basic automation /li liExposure to version control systems (Git) or willingness to learn quickly /li liStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /li liExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) /li liEagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment /li liSelf-motivated with good organizational skills /li liSalesforce Platform Developer I certification or actively working toward it /li liExperience with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components or Visualforce /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) /li liKnowledge of SOQL and SOSL query languages /li liExperience with Salesforce APIs (ReST, SOAP) /li liUnderstanding of software testing principles and test-driven development /li liFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies /li liActive Trailhead profile with completed modules and badges /li liExperience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud /li liBasic understanding of CI/CD concepts /li liContributions to open-source projects or personal coding portfolio /li liParticipation in Salesforce community events, user groups, or developer forums /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
