ppAs a Specialist Product Engineering in our Research Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport product ramp‑ups by driving lab analysis and measurements on device embedded non‑volatile memory at wafer and package level. /liliCollaborate closely with production, test engineering, and design to identify and mitigate product, test program, or process weaknesses during development and ramp‑up. /liliImprove manufacturability through yield analysis, failure pareto evaluation, and test coverage optimization. /liliContribute to root cause analyses for deviations in quality, performance, or cost, and drive effective corrective actions. /liliEnhance product competitiveness via continuous product optimization, process efficiency improvements, and data‑driven insights. /liliDocument and communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science,



Physics, Information and Communication Technology, or a related field (must have). /liliUp to 3 years of experience in an industrial automotive or semiconductor manufacturing environment, including internships or theses (must have). /liliSolid knowledge of semiconductor ICs and device fundamentals (must have). /liliBasic Python skills for scripting, data analysis, and automation (must have). /liliExperience with Artificial Intelligence tools and methodologies for data processing or analytics (preferred). /liliFluent English communication skills, written and spoken (must have). /liliStrong team‑oriented mindset, ability to work in an international environment, and creative problem‑solving with an innovative approach (must have). /li /ulpWe embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.
