Job Title and Overview
Product Specialist, Endomech/Energy Products – MedTech Sales (Commission) – Sales & Marketing Team, Pomezia, Roma, Italy.
At Johnson & Johnson, we specialize in innovative medicine and medtech, delivering advanced solutions for surgery. This role supports surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, focusing on our Endomech/Energy products in Lombardia.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product technical features and train them during surgical procedures.
- Support public tender processes and private contract negotiations, ensuring a successful end-to-end process.
- Develop projects related to data management & insights, predictive analysis based on digital health data.
- Support digital solutions launched by J&J; and strategic execution of Health Economics initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to support and substantiate the economic value proposition of J&J; products and solutions.
- Disseminate value‑based messages to maximize innovation adoption and develop projects with customers.





Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s Degree in STEM or Economics.
- Background in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business Data Analytics, or similar – through a master’s course or solid hands‑on experience.
- Proficiency in Italian (mother tongue) and English (fluent).
- Willingness to face new challenges and expand knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: €30.200,00 – €48.185,00.
- Annual premio with set target (% of pay) based on company and employee performance, or sales commissions.
