Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will operate Klarna’s AI Gateway to provide reliable, low-latency access to AI models at scale and onboard teams to the platform. You will own tooling and processes that ensure safe and compliant GenAI usage while improving evaluation capabilities for LLM applications. You’ll document procedures, respond to incidents, and drive knowledge sharing to standardise AI content across the organisation. This is a hands-on platform/infra engineering role with a strong focus on reliability, observability, and developer enablement in a fast-moving environment.

- Operate and scale Klarna’s AI Gateway for reliable model access
- Onboard teams to the AI Gateway and configure model access
- Support diverse AI use cases across varying technical levels
- Own tooling and processes for safe,



compliant GenAI usage
- Improve evaluation tooling for LLMs (LangSmith) and related observability
- Document operational procedures and respond to incidents to ensure platform stability
- Drive knowledge sharing and standardise AI content across the organisation
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
- Hands-on experience in platform or infrastructure contexts
- Experience with AI/LLM systems, evaluation frameworks, and observability tooling
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Interest in building reliable, scalable AI infrastructure
- Ability to contribute to engineering culture and cross-team collaboration
