ph3Job Title /h3 pMetal Pre-Treatment Technician (SPS Area) /p h3Overview /h3 pAs a Metal Pre-Treatment Technician, you will be a key member of the organization COSP as SPS technician, focused on metal pretreatment process product. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liKnowledge of pre-treatment processes (degreasing, phosphating, pickling, rinsing, passivation). /li liDeliverables: /li ul liAbility to manage bath products process parameters (titrations, pH, conductivity). /li liFamiliarity with chemical dosing. /li liAbility to read technical documentation and process specifications. /li liWrite and maintain technical documentation. /li liAbility to make training customers. /li liAvailability to travel, make business trips across multiple geographical Italy areas including occasional overtime. /li /ul liGoals: Collaborate with Market managers to get and start up Pretreatment pipeline to satisfy business growth. /li liAreas of work: all TIERS customers present on Italian territory. /li liTeam structure: TIERS Italy Team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in metal pretreatment. /li liPrevious experience preferred: Competitor Company Pretreatment - Automotive or Industrial Coating environment. /li liEducation (required): Technical diploma or vocational in Chemical, Industrial, Expertise. /li liLanguages: Basic knowledge of English. /li liKnowledge of safety, environmental and chemical handling regulations.
