ph3Overview /h3pIn this role you will supervise the operational procurement team to ensure punctuality, quality, and efficiency. You will define and monitor procurement routines, acting as the reference for cross‑functional alignment with Planning, Product Development, and Purchasing. You’ll tackle supply chain risks, coordinate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and stakeholder collaboration. This position offers impact on delivery continuity, supplier performance, and process excellence in a luxury sector context. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise the procurement team to ensure performance and development. /liliOversee operational procurement: manage orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve deviations promptly. /liliCoordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or quantity issues. /liliImplement corrective processes with Purchasing and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply chain risks. /liliCollaborate with Industrialization, Product,



and Quality teams to ensure technical approvals before order release. /liliOversee management of quality holds, production returns, and DIBA anomalies to sustain delivery plans. /liliMaintain ongoing communication with Planning, Product Development, and Production for complex operational situations. /liliMonitor KPIs with KPI Reporting Analyst and drive process improvements. /liliManage supplier performance reviews together with Purchasing and KPI Reporting Analyst. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. /liliStrong knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools. /liliExcellent Excel and Power BI skills. /liliEnglish level B2 minimum; French knowledge is a plus. /liliProven experience in managing and developing teams. /lili60,000 CCNL Pelli e Cuoio livello quadro. /liliPermanent contract (Tempo indeterminato). /liliFull‑time position. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
