**For its team based in Rome, Younited is looking for a Risk & Data Analyst.** The selected professional will join the Risk & Pricing team, specifically integrating into the strategic Risk area. This area is crucial for managing and optimizing the risk performance of Younited's credit portfolio. The Risk & Data Analyst will operate under the direct supervision of the Risk & Pricing Manager, actively contributing to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. uD83DuDE80 **The Risk & Data Analyst will play a central role in the following activities**: - **Data-Driven Risk Monitoring**:Oversee comprehensive monitoring and analysis of risk KPIs across all product lines, transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive proactive risk management.
- **Policy Development and Optimization**: Innovate and refine risk and fraud policies, focusing on emerging areas such as Instant Credit and new Credit Bureau services, to strengthen decision-making integrity and operational efficiency.
- **Strategic Collaboration and Business Growth**: Partner with cross-functional teams, both locally and with Paris-based central risk, to support high-impact initiatives, including Open Banking and Pay product launches,
