- Preparation and **delivery of tactical activities **to support share of wallet growth in customers.
- Creation of financial and **operational dashboards;**: - ** Monitor market developments**, spot trends early and develop strategies to exploit identified opportunities;
- Maintain integrity of customer intelligence and master data;
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**: - Competent use of external **data sources**, **Pivot tables**, **v-lookups,** Match and index functions;
- Excellent **commercial acumen**: - Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills **a
- Ability to convert complex information into executable strategy;
- ** VBA (Visual Basic) skills**: - ability to create macros and automate processes in Excel;
