As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to identify business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.
Develop customised solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Build custom applications, workflows, and process automation using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Implement and maintain security and data integrity within the Salesforce environment
Perform unit testing, system testing, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and contribute to their growth and development
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Relevant hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom development and integration.
Salesforce certifications Administrator, Platform Developer I required. Any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration.
