Job DescriptionAchieve or exceed targeted sales growth through maintaining and developing long term customer relationships, a structured approach to account pursuit with effective use of growth plans. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Be proactive in executing the ESAB Automation Global/Regional growth strategy. Support the Regional team with market/sales activities in cooperation with the regional flow sales team. Perform the daily operational sales tasks and proactively capture new customers ensuring continuous market share growth. Follow ESABs commercial process and standard work included value selling and reporting systems. Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives Embrace a continuous improvement environment.
