The Program Management Manager (Lead) will be a high-impact, cross‑functional leader with extensive expertise in digital marketing, sophisticated data analytics, and strategic team management, possessing the acumen to architect and deliver robust, scalable solutions within a high‑velocity, fast‑paced environment.
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $168,000 - $189,000 + premio + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities:
Program & Operations Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across cross‑functional teams
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure healthy deployment across channels (email, paid media, events, etc.)
- Drive operational excellence by managing service levels, deliverables, and OKRs
- Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation

Data & Technical Leadership
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data architecture, analytic
