Role: Business Analyst
You’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies for process digitalization. Starting with defining functional and technical requirements, you will grow your expertise and eventually manage a portfolio of clients,



taking ownership of project success and budget.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and thoroughly analyze client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Design and execute test cases.
- Provide expert functional and technical support to the development team.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
- Deliver regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven analytical and design skills.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience with EDI, e‑invoicing, archiving, OCR, and digital document mana
