Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance monetization efforts by leading cross‐functional projects, turning data and insights into actionable initiatives. You will work closely with the EUI MSO team to improve processes, optimize operations, and measure impact. You'll explore advertiser behavior and market dynamics to inform strategy and dashboards that track performance. This is a hands‐on role for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‐paced, matrix environment and seeks to shape monetization at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead cross‐functional projects to improve business processes and operational efficiency across EUI MSO and partner teams Identify improvement opportunities via analysis, stakeholder input, and market research; translate insights into initiatives and roadmaps Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on advertiser behavior, market dynamics,



and internal performance Drive ad‐hoc strategic initiatives from problem definition to execution tracking and impact measurement Monitor commercial performance and define KPIs; establish dashboards and reporting frameworks Responsabilità 3+ years in fast‐paced environments (tech, consulting, strategy & operations, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles) Experience managing multi‐stakeholder projects in ambiguous problem spaces Strong analytical and structured problem‐solving skills with ability to translate data into insights Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence decision‐making Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and presentation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
