Role Description
We are seeking a high‐performing Manager to join our Strategy& Aerospace and Defence Practice in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to work within a global network of 4,500 strategy consultants and to lead complex projects, drive transformational change, and collaborate with high‐profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with high‐profile clients to develop and implement innovative strategies for prestigious businesses.
Assist clients in redefining corporate strategies, anticipating market trends, participating in multinational defence programmes, and devising go‐to‐market strategies.
Build strong client relationships, mentor team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Ensure project delivery on time and within budget while enabling programmes to deliver results across all engagement phases.
Secure follow‐up projects with existing clients, fostering continuity and long‐term relationships.
Adapt to diverse client environments and demonstrate personal characteristics that establish recognition as a thought leader.
Travel internationally as required.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record of career progression and achievements with completed projects and contributions to client and practice development in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Excellent academic achievement – Bachelor's degree (typically in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering or medicine) and a Master's or MBA from a world‐leading institution.
5–7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top‐tier firm or similar experience in a leading corporate institution within the Aerospace and Defence industry.
