RWE AG is seeking an experienced Site Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of wind farms in Italy. You will coordinate internal teams and third‐party suppliers to ensure safety, reliability and performance targets are met across BOP activities.
You will collect operational data, generate monthly reports, and support budgeting while maintaining strong relationships with Grid Manager, ENEL and Terna. Fluency in Italian and English is expected.
