**About the job** We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team based in Milan. The person will report to the Head of Finance. **Main Activities and Responsibilities**: - Supporting the correct and timely booking of accounting entries for monthly preparation of reporting package
- Preparing the Monthly Reporting for the European subsiadiries of the Group
- Checking correctness of AR invoices, such as VAT codes, SDI and related format
- Checking Sales summary report and preparing AR ledgers reconciliation
- Acting as support to the team for all AR related issues with interanl and external parties, follow up debt collection and mantaining AR aging updated
- Preparing and assisting timely local tax declaration and filings, such as intrastat, VAT register and stamp duty **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management
- About 2-3 years of experience in accounting or similar role
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and speaking)
- Precise, proactive, organized, motivated person




- Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
