As Sales Associate, you are the visible face of HUGO BOSS and with your customer and service-oriented attitude, you know how to offer our customers the best service. For our stores Boss inside Castel Romano Outlet, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Sales Associate who is motivated to contribute and convey the values of our Brand on a daily basis. The role involves performing all activities related to the sale of clothing and accessories, passionately living the company values and building customer loyalty for a positive, concrete and engaging shopping experience. Main activities: - customer reception
- customer counseling and assisted sales by providing excellent levels of service while complying with all company standards, policies and procedures
- cashiering: sales, opening and closing




- Contributing to the achievement of team performance goals and individual KPIs
- merchandising (store replenishment) and stocking activities
- Daily implementation of company processes and guidelines conveyed through the Store Operations Manual and training courses delivered online on the company portal.
