ABB Smart Power in Frosinone is seeking an experienced Production Industrialization Engineer to optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment, reducing labor hours while aligning with quality, efficiency, costs and safety targets. You will define the working phase sequence for new production processes to meet product cost and investment budgets.
You will lead cross-functional projects across locations, manage resources and schedules, and ensure changes follow the ABB gate model.
