The role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the electrical systems supporting manufacturing operations, while guaranteeing proper maintenance execution, infrastructure planning, and alignment with GMP and safety standards.In this role, you will:Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)



for all electrical systems related to utilities infrastructure (e.g., power distribution, transformers, switchgear, backup systems, UPS, etc.);Ensure the reliability and availability of electrical utilities supporting pharmaceutical production and critical systems;Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the site’s electrical infrastructure, including performance optimization, energy efficiency, and lifecycle management;Define, coordinate, and oversee planned infrastructure shutdowns, ensuring minimal impact on operations and full compliance with safety and quality requirements;Provide technical oversight of electrical maintenance activities, ensuring proper execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;Act as the primary interface with the contractor’s Electrical Lead, ensuring:Alignment on maintenance strategies and prioritiesCompliance with site procedures and GMP requirementsQuality and effectiveness of maintenan
