TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer , with at least 1 year's experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank's digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.
Main Responsibilities
Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
UX design and wireframe creation;
Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
Management of the corporate design system;
Collaboration with development teams;
Design quality assurance (QA);
Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently,

meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional Technical Skills
Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors;
Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
Education
High school diploma.
Additional Qualities
Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
A strong team spirit and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in structured and cross-functional environments.
